A simple and honest answer like 鈥渨e do not have that option鈥?is better than marketing fluff. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. Sometimes customer service can fix a bad experience, but not always. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying.

It makes it easier to compare with an old pair of glasses that already fits well. This is why I like reading and posting on forums and community websites. Cheap frames can look nice at first but bend easily or become loose after a few weeks. Smaller shops can be surprisingly friendly if they care about repeat customers.
